Each webinar organised by Rachpal Coaching Services (RCS) is broadcast through Zoom (see specific system requirements for live webinars via Zoom on the registration page for your particular webinar). A broadband internet connection is required. For minimum system requirements, visit the following pages:

Policy for Payment of Webinars

Payment for webinar is via SSL Secure Payment only. Registrants will receive login information via email immediately upon payment. If you do not receive the details, check the SPAM folder and if still no details received, please send us email at rachpal@rachpal.com.

Payment is in Singapore Dollars (SGD) so please check with your bank or credit card company for prevailing exchange rates if you’re making a purchase outside of Singapore.

Time stated for the webinars is Singapore time (SGT).

Webinar Cancellations & Refunds

​

If you are unable to attend a webinar and would like a refund on your registration fees, you must submit a cancellation in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. Please submit cancellations to rachpal@rachpal.com. Please note that a 20% cancellation fee will be assessed. We regret that we cannot issue a refund to those who cancel after the materials have been distributed.

In the event of a major technological problem that prevents or interrupts our transmission of the webinar broadcast, such as a power outage at our broadcast site, we will either re-broadcast the webinar or issue registrants an event credit. Credits may be applied toward any RCS event and are valid for one year from the credit’s date of issuance.
