Step 5: Holding Your Remote Control

Congratulations. You’ve done well thus far and one final step is develop steps to hold on to your remote control.

Exercise 5:

  1. Review the list above, look at the factors that you have listed and determine if the factors were internal or external? Were they within your control or outside your control?

  2. What is the area in your life that you have had wanted to make the change in?

  3. What are some actions that you can take since then towards your desired outcome?

  4. What actions you can continue to take to keep your remote control close to you?
