- Cancellation 5 days prior to the tour can be refunded 80% - Cancellation 3 - 4 days before the tour can be refunded 60% - No refund for cancellation for less than 48 hours before the tour - Strictly no refund if you arrive late (we will only wait for up to 15 minutes) - Strictly no refund if you do not turn up
