Punjabi Home Cooking with Rachpal

Join me in my home as I take you through a culinary journey of recipes that are almost 100 years old – brought by mother to Singapore when she arrived here in 1959. In this interactive cooking session, you will experience authentic Punjabi home cooked meals which is uncomplicated – the way home cooking should be! Learn about how spices are blended to enhance flavours and textures and dispel the biggest myth - that spices make food spicy (i.e chilli hot)! This cooking experience will leave you with a different appreciation of Punjabi cuisine as we’re not all all butter chicken, Tandoori chicken or briyanis and naans! And the best part of cooking? We sit together and enjoy the meal as we share stories of our culinary journey.
